Located between Saint Emilion and Sauternes, in a pleasant and peaceful setting, in the heart of the Entre-Deux-Mers vineyards, it offers the charm of the countryside amidst vineyards, meadows, and woods. We welcome you to the Le Clos du Peyrot cottage, housed in an old building that has been completely and lovingly restored to ensure you enjoy your stay in the best possible conditions. While adjoining the property, the cottage retains all its privacy. You can enjoy the private, heated hot tub for 5 people. The accommodation features two large terraces facing a beautiful forest crossed by the Sainte Catherine stream, which flows into the Mauriac pond located 500 meters away. You can enjoy its 300 m² fenced garden, designed for relaxation: outdoor lounges and sun loungers, a plancha grill and fire pit, and an inflatable hot tub available. Our cottage features a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, filter and Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, microwave, and hob) with a dining area, a living room with a wood-burning stove and television, three bedrooms (two queen-size beds and two single beds), a bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a separate toilet. The cottage is equipped with electric heating. Sheets (beds made), towels, and cleaning are included. This cottage adjoins a second cottage. High-speed fiber optic internet connection is included.
