The Sawmill Cottage is a fabulous example of a sympathetically converted period building in the heart of Tunbridge Wells. The Sawmill, which used to service The Pantiles, is a cosy, comfortable cottage perfect for a quick visit to the city or as a base for a longer, more relaxed holiday.

Great location, easy access to lovely walks on the common and just across from the Pantiles with cafes, shops etc. Cottage well equipped, very clean and comfortable. Great that there was milk, bread , eggs, pasta and sauce there on arrival, a very nice thought. A lovely place to spend the week.

The cottage was lovely and very convenient with the dogs.

The cottage was lovely and very convenient with the dogs. There is a lovely walk next to the cottage and the dogs loved it, as did we. The welcome pack was very good and the table was set for dinner when we arrived. We only stayed for two nights but we will definitely be back again.

Very pleasant, cosy and comfortable cottage in a convenient position close to restaurants and bars/pubs, and only a 10 minute walk from the station. Close to a main road but the associated noise was not intrusive. The welcome hamper was a nice touch. Enjoyed my stay there and would definitely look to stay there again in the future.
