"The property and the location is good. But what they don't mention is that some of the chalets are very far from the reception and you have to cross a main street, and if you don't have the car there is no help or trolley to drag the suitcases across. The receptionists are very unhelpful and apathetic. They blocked the room access card even before our check out time and and again to reactivate, though it is their fault, you need to walk all the way to the reception to reactivate it! "

"The property was lovely, very clean and in a great location which enabled us to see the northern lights on 2 occasions the added bonus of the sauna was perfect after a day out in the extremely cold circumstances! Hosts were fantastic, always on hand for any help needed! Highly recommended place to stay! "
