The hotel stands out for its beautiful location – it truly feels like winter magic. The spacious room with a private sauna was definitely a highlight and made our stay extra special. Unfortunately, the friendliness of the staff could be improved. Coffee was not always offered proactively, and at breakfast we had to remind the staff to clean our table. There is still some room for improvement in terms of service.
