"I would not recommend this property to others. I called the management group over a leaky drainage sound from AC unit, 1 of 3 bathroom lights worked (dark as can be), the noise from the floor above( heard every step, flushing and etc, was told to call maintenance and security. I did not go on vacation to call these groups. Highly suggest go elsewhere. Very disappointed for the expense and the management lack of concern. "

"Good value for money in a nice part of Rosemary. The place is a little dated, appliances are old, needs painting but was exactly what we were expecting. Lots of bikes and beach chairs to use. Fridge/Freezer and Washer Dryer in garage were helpful. "

"The place was very nice and very clean. Cheryl was always quick to respond and help in any way. The location can’t be beat! One thing to consider, if you are more interested in cooking than eating out, this wouldn’t be the right place for you. The kitchen is for basic needs only and the refrigerator is small. But plenty of room for wine and snacks! "
