"The house was great and perfect for our family gathering. We had 2 parents (56, 56) and three children and spouses (29, 27; 27, 26; 25, 24). There was just enough space at the dining table for us. The bikes were a great amenity. The tram stop is literally 50 feet from the front door and the house is close to the pool and to 30A making it closer to the beach access than many."
