Overall has a great experience with the Spanish Suite. Location was outstanding and loved the convenience of everything, appreciated the friendliness and ability to leave luggage pre check in and post check out. Suggestions for improvement: guests could be met at property rather than what seemed like unnecessary track to reception. I also missed the whatapp communication until last day and the messages i received via Expedia were automated not addressing my specific questions. But all in all, property is great value for money and would recommend.

Room did not look like it was advertised and was far from the main office so we had to walk back and forth when checking in. Little confusing on where your room actually is. Overall the room was clean and staff was nice, but our refrigerator did not work the entire almost week stay even though we told the staff. Room was a couple blocks from check in area and with luggages it was hard to walk around.

Needs major renovations!!!!

We found the room needs much renovation painting, shutters to be changed and front door to be fixed. We were not expecting this poor quality room for what we paid.i do not recommend this hotel.

Great rooms however there was no hot water and showers are not well maintained. staff at checkin was great but we had a hard time reaching the staff in person and via whatsapp day before our departure to help schedule a pickup van. Although it all worked out in the end it was a stressful few hours trying to get hold of someone. Besides this no complaints.

It was OK. Very well located near the Spanish Steps. The staff was wonderful upon arrival. The room was comfortable but a little run down. 3rd floor (US) no elevator which was fine for us. They had a person to take the bags up for us. Overall ok.

The day before we arrived, we received a message to say, “the reception was not at the same address at the Spanish Suite” our accomodation. When I arrived at the reception, some 400 m from the accomodation we had confirmed, the staff advised that we were booked at the same address as the reception and “not at Spanish Suite”. They said this was allowable. However I had an email confirming the accomodation we had booked with photo of the room and the address. They refused to consider my concerns, showed me an alternate room that was substandard. But we had no choices due to high season. Eventually they sowed a slightly better room but it was still very sub standard. We did not have a choice. It seems that Spanish Suite was double booked. And we had to suffer their incompetence in allowing this to happen. The situation they placed us in was unacceptable, stressful, and created significant anxiety for me and my wife. We were upset and angry. It seems that this is a Scam, where there advertise a nice room, over book it, and then force the guests to accept sub standard accomodation. I will take legal action once I return home and have time. We spent many hours, searching for alternate accomodation. The next day after much more communication with reception, they agreed a 100% refund. Communication with reception after that was ignored when I requested confirmation of the refund lodgement. Eventually, I contacted WOTIF online seeking support for our situation

The location was good. But the room, though it looked great in pictures, was a bit rundown and fairly dirty. Paint chilling off of the walls in the bathroom, stains on the headboards, tons of suitcase scratches on the white painted walls. Location is excellent, but the condition was significantly less than advertised.

Great location and affordable price!

We had a good stay. It was within the main city, close to many attractions, making it easier to manage the day with a big family. The rooms were clean, with room service available. For the price, I think it covered what was required. Rooms were tight, not allowing for much movement, especially with a baby. But you spend little time in room when visiting Rome so not a big concern for us. L Check-in was later than advertised and we had to wait 45 additional minutes to get the rooms ready. Overall we had a good stay.

The building is old and so are the facilities inside. They have 3-4 hotels with the same name in the nearby locations and you get realky confused which one to go to. The best thing about the hotel is its location as it is near to the main attractions of the city and has lot of good food options nearby. The staff is very friendly and supportive and do their level best to facilitate you.

I really liked the hotel! It was amazing !it as more like an apartment! The girl i don’t remember exactly her name (anita maybe) was so so nice!!! The location was 10/10!!! The one thing i would change is that i would Add robes:))) the place was calm and cute. The garden had italian vibes! Recommended

Not a normal hotel but rooms in several apartments in different buildings in the same central area. All the rooms are unique and all managed by the same front desk on Via ripetta. I especially found the staff to be very kind and helpful - Mikeala and Melissa at the front desk made extra effort to make sure I was happy with my room and it made a big diffirence Thankyou!
