Shops were nearby. Staff were good. Room was absolutely terrible, no lighting that we could barely see each other (my wife and I) in the room. No mirror at all in the room The smell of the room was unbearable. Very strong mold smell Furniture was all thorn out and not usable at all. Not even near to compare with the pictures in Expedia. Those pictures do not exist in this hotel. Totally, I'm extremely dissatisfied and disappointed after being a gold member of Expedia for more than 25+ years. Please do either something about the ad or the property itself. One last thing is with this price, you can get a beautiful suite in champs elysees, Paris. Absoulut robbery. Very bad! Very very bad!

My cousin and I stayed here for nine nights, and we really enjoyed our time as the room was spacious and clean. The hotel was able to arrange a shuttle to the airport the night before we returned home. It is close to the shopping area and is conveniently located in the middle of tourist sites and landmarks. When I go back to Rome, I will be staying here again.

The building is old and so are the facilities inside. They have 3-4 hotels with the same name in the nearby locations and you get realky confused which one to go to. The best thing about the hotel is its location as it is near to the main attractions of the city and has lot of good food options nearby. The staff is very friendly and supportive and do their level best to facilitate you.

Not a normal hotel but rooms in several apartments in different buildings in the same central area. All the rooms are unique and all managed by the same front desk on Via ripetta. I especially found the staff to be very kind and helpful - Mikeala and Melissa at the front desk made extra effort to make sure I was happy with my room and it made a big diffirence Thankyou!

The location was good. But the room, though it looked great in pictures, was a bit rundown and fairly dirty. Paint chilling off of the walls in the bathroom, stains on the headboards, tons of suitcase scratches on the white painted walls. Location is excellent, but the condition was significantly less than advertised.

I really liked the hotel! It was amazing !it as more like an apartment! The girl i don’t remember exactly her name (anita maybe) was so so nice!!! The location was 10/10!!! Overall has a great experience with the Spanish Suite. Location was outstanding and loved the convenience of everything, appreciated the friendliness and ability to leave luggage pre check in and post check out. Suggestions for improvement: guests could be met at property rather than what seemed like unnecessary track to reception. I also missed the whatapp communication until last day and the messages i received via Expedia were automated not addressing my specific questions. But all in all, property is great value for money and would recommend.

Great location and affordable price!

We had a good stay. It was within the main city, close to many attractions, making it easier to manage the day with a big family. The rooms were clean, with room service available. For the price, I think it covered what was required. Rooms were tight, not allowing for much movement, especially with a baby. But you spend little time in room when visiting Rome so not a big concern for us. L Check-in was later than advertised and we had to wait 45 additional minutes to get the rooms ready. Overall we had a good stay.
