The staff was amazing. They went out of their way to do the extras and were very attentive. The room was sparkling clean. The hot tub was great at night after a long day. The air conditioning is the best we've had in all of Italy. The location is perfect for shopping and walking to nearby attractions.

Small room but clean and modern. Staff was polite and helpful. Checkout was strict and early but they offered to store our bags so we could explore a little longer. The rooftop coffee hang out was a nice touch. The location was very close to the Trevi fountain and places to eat. Lastly, we arrived after the check in window but the staff sent us the code so we didn’t have any issues on our first stay. It was a good stay.

The small hotel is tucked away off a side street that is in a great location, within a short walk of the Trevi Fountain and the Spanish Steps. The staff are extremely helpful and courteous. The facility is very modern and tastefully decorated. Despite being in an area with lots of noise from the street, the rooms are quiet due to the well-insulated windows. We appreciated the in-room coffee and the coffee and water on the pleasant roof-top patio. We will stay here again on our next visit!

The room was fine. After a long day of travel we needed a bathroom when arriving. The property does not have a lobby. Also folks gathered outside of property door - busy and loud most hours.

Casa Guttmann is in an excellent location - it’s so close to many of the things we wanted to see as well as restaurants and shopping. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Princess was especially helpful when we arrived and when we needed assistance. The suite was beautiful and very spacious. We would definitely stay here again if we visit Rome in the future.

Great staff and cleaning service. very clean rooms. We were in the 2 bedroom + loft with the terrace and hot tub. Kids loved the room, it was very spacious. It is also a great location, next to Trevi, pantheon, Spanish steps and so many restaurants. Most tourist spots are walkable

The place was very clean and modern style updated. It was less than 5 min walk to the trevi fountain and steps away from food options. There was also a supermarket right across the street to grab some things to snack on or grab a bottle of something. The roof top deck area is really nice but we didn't get to enjoy it too much because it was so hot, even at night. They have ice and water on the roof top, along with snacks and coffee machine ( with milk sugar and milk in the fridge). They also gave us a glass of wine when we arrived, such a nice touch. The only thing it was lacking since you are in the middle of buildings but you will be seeing amazing views throughout the city, that it didn't matter to us much. This was the only place we visited which was high tech digital. No need for a key. You enter the building with a key and the same code for your door. We loved that. The staff was beyond kind and helpful. They stride to make your experience overall great, and it was. We'd definitely return here. Overall great experience, highly recommend it.

Overall, we had a nice stay. Fabio gave us a warm welcome. Princess was great throughout our stay. The guest house is in an excellent, central location that made it easy to explore Rome. The room was very clean, and we appreciated the complimentary bottled water, especially during the hot weather. The room is quite small, but that is accurately described in the listing, so it wasn’t a surprise. The only significant issue was the air conditioning. We visited during temperatures in the 90s, and our AC wasn’t cooling properly. We let the concierge know, and they explained they were already experiencing issues with the system and expected it to be repaired soon. They were very apologetic, but unfortunately the problem wasn’t resolved during our stay, making the room quite uncomfortable. We also experienced a misunderstanding and/or miscommunication regarding our transportation to the airport, which was frustrating. Fortunately, we were able to book an Uber. Despite these issues, the location, cleanliness, and friendly service made for a pleasant overall stay.

Casa Guttmann is in right location near the tourist spots in Centro Storica. We feel safe and secured in this place. Our room is so clean each day of the entire stay. All staff are so friendly and very accomodating with superb hospitality. Special mention to the ladies Princess and Dianne at the front desk and likewise the cleaning lady who are excellent in redering their service. The manager is so kind to assist us. Highly recommended. Two thumbs up!👍👍

nice accommodation, clean and great location My only criticism was that it was very hot in the room , and when we asked for the air conditioning to be switched on, we were told that it was set to warm only So we tried to sleep with the window open , which was a problem as the room faced the main road , that coupled with the road being re surfaced, it was extremely noisy , we asked for a room on the other side and I was told that I had paid for a standard room and the one on the other side would not be available, I offered to pay more despite paying over a thousand pounds , and it was not possible, so not the restful holiday at all, Also with limited front desk availability, I am afraid I shall not be recommending this particular place

My check-in experience was extremely disappointing. Upon arrival, I was informed that the room type I had reserved and prepaid for would not include access to the second bedroom because there were only two guests listed on the reservation. This made little sense, as I specifically booked and paid for a two-bedroom suite with two king beds so that each guest would have their own room and bed. Rather than proactively resolving the issue, I was told I would need to pay an additional fee to access the second bedroom. After a long day of travel, this was both frustrating and unnecessary. The matter was not properly addressed until I firmly requested to speak with a manager and made it clear that I would dispute the charges if the accommodations I reserved were not honored. Only then was the situation rectified. Guests should not have to escalate concerns in order to receive what they have already paid for. On a positive note, the room itself was impressive. The layout was thoughtfully designed, and the flow of the space made it easy to relax, unpack, and settle in immediately. The bedroom areas offered privacy and stunning views of Rome’s skyline. The upstairs seating area was inviting and perfect for unwinding after a long day. The suite was spotless, and the hotel’s location was ideal—conveniently close to transportation, dining, and major attractions. Overall, despite the rocky start, the stay met my expectations. Beautiful layout, unbeatable location, and impeccable cleanl
