We had an amazing 3 nights stay at the Couper Umiltà. Absolutely loved the hospitality offered by all the staffs especially Maria who was an excellent host and helped us in every possible way right from explaining directions to booking site seeing tickets for us. If we ever visit Roma again, will definitely choose this place to stay. Just one suggestion- please put a full size mirror in the room. Thanks Chandrabali

Good, friendly property. Close to everything, rooms are clean, air conditioned, tea and coffee in the room. The only negative things that I would say is that we got a room with a tiny port-window,close to the ceiling, making room dark. It was 1 of 2 rooms in the property with windows like that. Also, they didn't let us cancel our reservation, even though we had an emergency! That definitely left a bad taste.

We were not given the room we booked and we were told this was a problem with Expedia not the hotel's fault. Other than this we were happy with service and the location. The room could have been slightly cleaner in places but was acceptable. Ultimately this is a guest house in the middle of the city, not a 5 star hotel, so we were satisfied with our stay.
