Perfect location at the top of the Spanish steps. Super helpful staff. Restaurant right next door. Comfortable bed. No electricity when you leave the room so keeping things charged was challenging when we weren’t there. Not a dealbreaker though. We would stay there again!

This is a very nice property. And the front desk Helpful and pleasant. As with many properties keeping up with mildew in the shower floor corners is a constant challenge as with this property.. Some bleach in the corners and a scrub might take care of it straight away., The location of our room near an outdoor cafe was often noisy at night but not intolerable.,

My only issue was no staff on property at all. Although they did provide clear instructions, so I was able to do what I need to. I checked in by 5:30pm and no staff available. The place was beautiful, well worth it. The sun shining late evening time was gorgeous on the terrace.

The staff, location and amenities were great. It is literally steps away from the Spanish steps and so close to so many restaurants you would have no issue finding what you’re looking for. I’m only leaving 4 stars because our Superior Double room facing the street was very loud. The street below was incredibly busy at night with local restaurant businesses loading and unloading supplies, motorcycles, and dogs to name a few. If you sleep heavy it may not be an issue, however I would recommend a room away from the street.
