The apartment
The apartment invites you on a unique journey through Italian elegance and creativity. The apartment spans two levels, each designed to offer an unparalleled living experience in the heart of Rome.

On the first floor, you’ll find a cozy bedroom with a comfortable double bed and a sofa bed, ideal for children. The room features a private bathroom with a shower, ensuring privacy and comfort. The entryway opens onto the spacious loft area, featuring a seamlessly integrated kitchen that’s fully equipped to meet every need: gas stove, sink, oven, refrigerator, and microwave. An electric kettle and a Nespresso coffee machine are also available.

The double living room offers a spacious relaxation area with a large double sofa bed, where you can unwind or entertain guests, thanks to a giant screen and a home theater system. The elegantly furnished dining area promises pleasant moments of togetherness. It features a large table with 6 chairs, a lounge area with a sofa and armchair, and a giant sofa built into the marble structure.

On the second floor, the super penthouse’s attic reveals itself as a true haven of tranquility. It is furnished with a large double bed and features a private bathroom, offering maximum privacy. For those who need or wish to work, a desk is also available. The jewel of this floor is access to the terrace: a true haven of peace where you can relax and admire the rooftops of Trastevere.

The apartment also boasts views of the lively Via San Cosimato and Piazza San Callisto. It is also just a short walk from Piazza San Cosimato, where the charming neighborhood market is held every morning (Monday through Saturday).
