We met our host with no problems. He was extremely flexible when we asked last minute to check in a day early. It was surprising when he opened the door and said "are you ready for the gym?" We then had 51 steps(yes, we counted them), to climb with luggage that had not been disclosed during the booking. We may have re-considered due to one of our travel partners having a bad back. We were a party of 4 and the couch sat a comfortable 3 with no additional seating. This is something to be aware of. Additionally, the second bedroom is up another 25 steps with the 2nd bathroom on the the main floor.

Grateful for air conditioning!

Our stay in Rome was excellent because of this apartment. Not only is it the perfect location the Spanish Steps (right around the corner!) and the Trevi Fountain (only a few blacks away with plenty of shops and restaurants in between), but it was also easy to walk to other major sights like the Pantheon and the Colosseum. After all that walking and exploring, we were very grateful for the air conditioning that worked well throughout the apartment. Our hosts were very responsive and helpful. They even arranged last minute transportation from the airport. We would definitely recommend and would also stay again.

Der Gastgeber hat uns vor Ort begrüßt und die Wohnung gezeigt. Alles sehr unkompliziert und zuverlässig. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, ganz zentral gelegen und bietet ausreichend Schlafmöglichkeiten für eine Familie mit drei Kindern. Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Zwei Bäder vorhanden: beide sehr gut ausgestattet.
