Just a place to lay your head overnight.

Very near to the Train Station, friendly staff. We used this place for only 1 night and had an early departure and missed the breakfast, they should have given us the bottle of water free in the room or offered to pack a to-go breakfast the night before. Not much room in the room, the bed takes up most of the room. The Outdoor bar space upstairs was nice but they should separate a smoking and non smoking side.(they have the space)

We enjoyed staying here. The front desk was friendly. Room was big and nice. The only issue was that the shower water was not hot enough. The hotel is conveniently located and walkable from Rome Termini train station. We could walk to most attractions except Vatican City.

Somehow, during the procees of reserving our stay, which was months ago on your Hotels.com website, it said breakfast was included at no extra charge. During pur breakfast on the first morning, we were informed that were were being charged an additional 10euros per person to our bill upon checkout.

A perfect location for what I needed; easy access to the train station. While it might be a bit noisy on the street side for light sleepers, I found the room very comfortable. The reception staff was very helpful and packed a breakfast for me when I had to leave before the buffet opened. The roof top bar was also very nice. Thank you for a great stay!

Staff was really kind and helpful. We arrived early so they kept our baggage until our room was ready. Room was very clean and quiet so we rested very good since we were travelling next morning. Location is very good. You can walk to all the touristic places, such as the Spanish steps, Trevi fountain and such.

Disappointing stay- Not worth the price

Disappointing and Unpleasant Stay – Not Worth the Price Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was both disappointing and unpleasant. Over the course of three nights, the noise from neighboring rooms—both beside and above—was excessive and constant. Despite informing the hotel staff, no effective action was taken. We were not offered an alternative room, and the problem persisted throughout our stay, making it incredibly stressful and uncomfortable. To make matters worse, during breakfast, we discovered a hair in the cheese tray. We showed this to the staff, who simply removed the tray without offering any apology or explanation, and replaced it as if it were completely normal. This lack of hygiene and accountability was shocking. Additionally, the hotel limits guests to just one cappuccino per person at breakfast. This felt unnecessarily stingy and unlike any other hotel I’ve stayed at—where guests are never restricted on basic items like coffee. While the hotel is conveniently located near the train station, that’s about the only positive. Given the noise issues, poor customer service, and disappointing breakfast experience, I do not recommend this hotel. For the price, there are plenty of better, cleaner, and more peaceful options available. Save your money—and your peace of mind—and book elsewhere for a more pleasant stay.
