Spotlessly clean and quiet hotel. I like the simple, no fuss rooms which are spacious with big beds. The bathroom was clean and the water hot. Clean towels etc every day. Breakfast average but plenty of choice including vegan, vegetarian, gluten free, lactose free. Useful and cheap vending machine for water etc on ground floor. I will definitely stay here again. It’s very handy for rail connections at Termini and also close to a metro station. The staff know where is good to eat nearby. You can walk everywhere in Rome if you’re reasonably well and take your time in hot weather, and this hotel is close to main routes so easy to find. Santa Maria Maggiore is close by. I did find the bed a little too firm for me but that’s a personal thing. The only thing I would like the staff to change is a security issue. Asking guests for only a room number when handing over a key is a risky business. Staff at the desk should also ask for a name or phone number as well. It’s not possible for staff to know that everyone coming through the door is a genuine guest.

Clean and hospitable place with very nice staff about 10 min walk from Termini Roma. A/c was ok but not cool enough on super hot days. Breakfast was pretty standard but had nice pastries, fruit and cheese. Very accommodating and nice place overall. Neighborhood was not very clean but it was 2 blocks from the metro which was convenient.
