We loved staying here. The location is quiet but perfectly situated near main roads, making it easy to explore everything Rome has to offer. We were able to walk to the Colosseum, Roman Forum, Trastevere, and more.There are quite a few stairs, which can feel like a lot after a long day, but it’s only a concern if you have mobility issues.The balcony was a beautiful, peaceful spot to enjoy mornings and evenings. The apartment itself was very clean, comfortable, and cozy, with a great bed.Daniel was a wonderful host, so easy to communicate with, incredibly helpful, and full of great local tips. He even helped carry our luggage up to the apartment, which we really appreciated. There’s a reason he’s a Superhost.We also loved being able to drop our bags early and start enjoying our first day in Rome right away.

Just Perfect

Property as described in a good neighbourhood and with a lovely large terrace to enjoy. 5-10min walk to supermarket, tram, metro, bars and restaurants. Ostiensa Station 20min walk with local trains from Fiumicino Airport 30mins/8 euro. Only a 20min walk to the Colosseum and other numerous sites. Only negative for some might be the several flights of stairs you need to go up to reach the apartment. I would definitely return here if coming back to Rome and have already recommended it to family and friends.

Wonderful Rome apartment

Incredible location and the host was very responsive. It had everything we needed to enjoy our stay including welcoming amenities like espresso, espresso maker, extra towelsand washing machine for our clothes. The large patio is the highlight as you can enjoy your coffee or champagne in the warm sun.

Fabulous Property!

Lovely apartmento with comfortable bed, large bathroom and FABULOUS terrace. Quiet and outfitted with everything we needed. Short walk to Forum and Colosseum, with good restaurants and coffee bars in neighbourhood. Hosts very accommodating and friendly. Highly recommend, would stay here again.

Lovely apartment

Lovely apartment located on the top floor of the building. Gated entrance to the building. Recently renovated with all modern cons..dishwasher, air con, heating, fireplace, smart tv. Apartment had its own large balcony area. The hosts were lovely and helped us find the apartment when we got lost. Apartment central to Romes attractions ..walking distance to colluseum and right beside a metro. Overall had a lovely time and would recommend ☺️

Die Unterkunft ist super gelegen, tolle Dachterrasse, nette Vermieter. Allerdings sollte man gut zu Fuß sein, es gibt viele Treppen.

Wonderful house close to colosseum

Très beau petit studio très propre, très bien aménagé et bien placé. Près du métro et des bus 15 min à pied du Colisée et trasvertere. Propriétaire très réactif et arrangeant.Je recommande+++
