We invite you to Wheelwrights Cottage: sleeps 4 adults and 1 additional child / baby in 2 double bedrooms plus a small cot room, shower room, sitting room, kitchen/diner, courtyard patio, parking.

Kitchen with stylish bright fitted units, induction hob, electric oven, Nespresso machine (Vertuo) integral dishwasher and washing machine, large freestanding fridge/freezer. Bench style seating for 5, door to rear courtyard patio.

Stairs to First Floor Landing

Master Bedroom with king size bed (sleeps 2), large Smart TV, built in cupboards and hanging space and drawers.
Shower room with walk in shower, WC and wash hand basin and underfloor heating.
Bedroom 2 with double bed (sleeps 2), chest of drawers, hanging space only.
Cot room / Bedroom 3 with children's pullout bed (suitable for children 5 and under) and space for a cot.

Outside
Bijoux courtyard patio area with table and chairs seating 4. Small but neat and offers a sunny spot of an afternoon.
Driveway with parking for 2 cars

Central heating throughout and underfloor heating in the living room only.

Please note pets are not permitted upstairs and there is a stairgate on the lower stair.

Please note this property accepts a maximum of 4 adults. There is a small bedroom for children which has a pullout bed and space for a cot.
