The room was well-worn. The water and the heater were very slow and difficult to control. One evening when we returned, the INDOOR lock had engaged and we had to get the manager’s assistant to come open our door; he had then to go to another unit to fix the same problem. It apparently occurs frequently as they were well trained. The last morning at 6:45 am, a chainsaw operation commenced. Obviously in violation of local noise rules, but the manager took no action.

Room door was hard to open. Then it wouldn’t close all the way. The room didn’t feel clean. Asked then to get room switch and claimed they sold out. Found maggots in the sink. Still no remedy to situation or attempt to make it better. The area had other loud tenants and interruptions at night. The room had little circulation and was stuffy even with the a/c on.
