As I approached the office, I noticed how dirty the grounds were. I was in Riverside to attend a funeral, and wasn't prepared for what I experienced. After receiving my room card, I made my way to the hotel door. Upon opening the door I was assaulted by a horrific odor. It was the combination of some sort of cleaner and an insecticide. I witnessed insects everywhere in the room. The were both alive and dead insects, on the walls, floor, bathroom and BED! I called the front desk and was casually told to come and get another room card. The next room was even dirtier than the first. There were cigarette butts stuck in the door jamb. I was forced to pay for another hotel elsewhere, as the insects and insecticide fumes were entirely unsafe to breathe. DO NOT STAY here. I have travelled the world, and have never witnessed something so disgusting and unsafe.

I’ve stayed at a lot of hotels a lot of motels, a lot of different places throughout my life and this is hands-down the worst hotel ever the elevator smell like urine the room I stayed in had cigarette burns all over the comforters and the curtains. The there’s a big hole in the wall, where the shower comes out of there’s urine smell in the bathroom. There’s homeless people that sleep in the stairwells as well as in the back. I reported to management and he said “sorry we have maintenance issues” no this is a lack of proper upkeep period .. never again this is horrible don’t stay here ! Also they said the breakfast offered is the coffee in room .. poor quality towels and soap and conditioner.. wow Wyndham this place is run down

Water stone cold in wash basin and JUST above cold in shower. VERY UPSET, as wanted a bath. But they had NO bath plug and water very very tepid. NO 24 hour reception/ NO BREAKFAST. Door locked to reception. Terrible !! Water was shot down. No water to shower and no water in toilet bowl. No breakfast. No drinking cups in the room. There’s coffee maker but no cups for the coffee. We ask to the front desk when check in, he said he doesn’t have the cups.

There was no hot water to take a bath dogs barking all outside. My window couldn’t hardly sleep. I had a very important business meeting to attend and I had to go without taking a bath. I would never recommend anyone to stay at this hotel under those conditions.
