Room was pretty run down. Sink and counter was separating from each other. There were hairs in the tub- we hadn’t used it yet. Bathroom was sooooo small there was barely enough room for kne person to be in there.

In the first room assigned, the floor was dirty. I took pictures and showed the desk clerk. She explained that they were stains and in the process of being resolved. This did not look good to this customer, nor was that comforting. I was told the section was the renovated side. I would have to see the unrenovated side!

I had hair on my bathroom sink counter.... Everything else was good to go... The staff were very polite and kind. The young lady in the breakfast room Tues -Thurs was very on point and did a great job. we had great conversation.

Staff helpful, missed breakfast. Parking was easy. All kinds of noise coming from the parking lot, and in the hall for most of the night so it wasnt as restful as the comfortable pillows should be.
