The house was absolutely amazing—truly a dream vacation spot. From the moment we walked in, it felt spacious, clean, airy, and welcoming. The host was very responsive and quick to answer any questions we had. The pool was fabulous, and we loved spending time in the outdoor space with the TV and pergola—it was so much fun. The lawn was beautiful, and the outdoor BBQ made it perfect for gathering and relaxing. We honestly didn’t want to leave!

The house was great - even nicer than the pictures. Kitchen is well equipped and all top appliances. House is very open and is great for families and entertaining. The pool is fantastic and large enough for a large family to enjoy. The Host also had bikes available for use as well as pool toys, pool basketball and bucket golf. There was also a football and soccer ball which the grandkids loved.There was a volleyball net that we didn't setup but was nice to have available.The Beach is about a mile away and walkable or you can ride the bikes and not be on any main road, so we felt safe doing that. The Host also provided beach chairs (4) and umbrellas (2) to make the beach visit pleasant. Parking is by permit only so by car requires a dropoff and pickup.Only complaint that I heard from my family was that I should have rented it longer - maybe next time. Danny

My family and I (husband, 2 kids) spent a wonderful 3 weeks in Mattituck at this gorgeous home. The pool and outdoor setup are perfect, with a great yard and outdoor seating area. The Kitchen, eating area & living room are one large room, which makes the living space feel big and airy. There is a guest room on the first floor, with three bedrooms upstairs, bunkbed room, full bed & master with King.The house is on a quiet street that loops around, so kids biked around safely and comfortably. Tarsha was quick to respond with any questions we had, but we really didn’t have many! Would definitely come back!
