The Main level of the home is airy and open. It flows from a modern and fully stocked Kitchen, to the Dining room that can formally seat up to 10 people, to a large Living area with comfortable couches, board games and a large HD TV (with streaming) and then onto the Office/Study which also has some sitting and lounging options for your guests. This open and flowy main level offers multiple areas for guests to relax and do their own thing, while still being able to interact with one another if they choose.
The home has a large, finished and heated Basement - with multiple functional uses. The basement Gym allows two people to work out simultaneously (3 if doing floor exercises or Yoga). It is well equipped with free weights, barbells, a squat rack with pull-up bars, adjustable dumbbells, a workout bench, yoga mats, a stability ball, stretch bands & foam rollers. It also has a full mirrored wall and an exercise bike. The basement Lounge has a Large 80" HD TV with Apple TV for streaming services as well as a giant bean-bag and sofas to relax in. The Basement also has a Foosball table as well as a Reading / Meditation nook with a mat and a couch in case someone in your party needs to be alone e.g., quick work-related Zoom call or to send someone for a time-out :). The basement also has a working toilet and sink for your convenience.

Facing west, the front porch has lounging chairs which are perfect to unwind at dusk in summer and enjoy sundowner cocktails. The Backyard is fully enclosed with fencing and self locking gates. This provides an open yet secure place for pets or kids to run around in. The backyard has a 40' in-ground pool open June-September, a Patio lounge with couches, a Solo stove/fire-pit and sun umbrellas.
