Third time staying in this magnificent place and i'll continue to consider staying for many reasons. The staff is very kind and well minded for the guests needs. The hotel cleanliness is fantastic. It is a very quiet place for relaxing in the pool, balconies if you stay poolside. The ambient is very pleasant. I personally got a Room Upgrade using the Expedia app which Im grateful. The only thing I recommend is upgrading Room ventilation for humidity because when you use hot water on the bathroom the room floor turns very humid.

The hotel is built on the mountain with beautiful view, can see sunrise from the balcony. Parking was easy, Thai food was also good. Room is very clean.

Gabriella & the rest of the staff could not have been more gracious and kind. They made our stay even better. The only thing that was a little disappointing was that the pool bar wasn't open because we went in October, but if that was the only (non) issue we had we didn't . We loved it there and would highly recommend to others. 10 out of 10 stars from us.
