Escape to the mountains! This hidden gem studio accommodates two adults. Enjoy shared access to pool and outdoor areas. This is an adults-only property and no visits are allowed.



We give our guests space but make ourselves available when needed.

Private rural area but close enough to the beach (20 minute car ride) & to downtown Rincón (15 minute ride). The ride to Ocaso is uphill and some roads that lead to the property are narrow. The property is located on one of the highest peaks of the area but you don't need a 4x4 vehicle to get there.

Guests have full access to common areas.

One(1) parking spot per apartment located inside gate and extra outside in a designated area if needed.

Complimentary ice maker below stairs is available for guests use.

No visits are allowed under any circumstance.
