Located on the ground floor, the apartment accommodates up to 4 guests. The bedroom features a full-size bed, while the cozy living room includes a queen-size sofa bed, TV, and air conditioning. The apartment also offers a full bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, high-speed WiFi, and air conditioning throughout the entire unit.

Head up to the condominium`s shared rooftop swimming pool, a great place to cool off and relax after spending the day at the beach. Please note that stairs are required to access the rooftop pool area.

Beach chairs and an umbrella are provided, making your beach days even more convenient.

Sandy Beach, famous for its surfing and beautiful coastline, is just a 1-minute walk away. Several restaurants, bars, and surf shops are also within walking distance, so you can enjoy Rincón`s vibrant beach atmosphere without driving everywhere.

The ground-floor location provides easy access to the apartment without climbing stairs. However, the rooftop swimming pool is accessible only by stairs.

Our management team is available by phone or message if you need assistance during your stay. Please remember that this is a privately owned vacation rental, not a hotel, and no staff lives on-site 24/7.
