Hotel was under renovation so service was lacking - room was not serviced - a chain driven window shade was broken and would not close - advised housekeeping but was told it could not be fixed so the city lights shined in all night - no place in the nice large shower to set soap or shampoo - the bar/restaurant closed early - valet parking takes too long to retrieve a vehicle - I used the app as instructed but 10 minutes later when I went down he had not seen my request so we waited 15 more minutes - this cost too much for this level of service and amenities - hope it gets better when their renovation is done.

Undergoing renovation, but a delightful stay nonetheless. Great location, charming lobby, welcoming staff, modern room. We got back late from the hospital after our daughter’s surgery, and the staff in the dining room made room for us even though they were closed for a private function earlier in the evening. So grateful!

The hotel was undergoing renovations, which was not disclosed as far as I saw until we saw a sign in the lobby. Constant loud noise above our room — sounded like a jackhammer was ripping the floor out above us. This went on all day, even on Thanksgiving Day — we needed to vacate the room to get away from it. Also, be aware of valet hours. The valet doesn’t come on until 7am, so if you need to leave early, you’ll want to park on the streets in the neighborhood and risk it.

A good stay once I got a room with a view. The first room I was offered faced a brick wall 2 yards away, the next faced large air conditioning units, the third one was excellent with rooftop view.

Room was beautiful. Bed and pillows were 5 star. Hotel was under construction, so it was very noisy. Had to schedule maid service multiple times before they would actually do it. Room had no table or chairs so it was difficult to eat in the room.
