Our Monument Avenue Oasis offers a spacious retreat with unique amenities, right in the heart of Richmond, VA. This charming home combines comfort and convenience, making it ideal for both relaxation and exploration. Highlights include a large kitchen and a fully fenced-in, large backyard with ample seating and plenty of character. With an inviting open floor plan, this home provides everything you need to feel right at home. It has tons of character, something for all four seasons, and the backyard does not look like it belongs in Richmond, Virginia.

The upstairs is perfectly laid out for comfort. The master suite could be a stay in and of itself with a private bathroom complete with a shower and jacuzzi and the two guest rooms are spacious, equipped with mounted TVs and exude a feeling of cleanliness and zen.

This house has amenities galore. Pool table, board games, GREAT sectional couch, bar area with stools, breakfast high top, small workout room with smart TV and peloton bike, areas for dogs to lounge, office with designated workspace, library of books, pack n play, TVs in all bedrooms..and that's just the inside.

Outside features plenty of options for lounging and socializing, grill (propane), outdoor bar area, outdoor refrigerator, salt water pool (opens May 1st!), firepit, solar string lights surround raised stone area where firepit is, turf area for yard games, string lights lining the fence for perfect ambiance at night, and a fully fenced in situation perfect for dogs and privacy. Our neighbors are AWESOME so you don't have to worry about noise from other properties or being bothered.

The pool is open as of 4/25/26 and will remain open until sometime in October (the leaves will dictate this, we try and keep it open as long as possible to not clog the skimmer)! All of our rates are adjusted keeping in mind when the pool is open or not, so naturally you'll find significantly cheaper rates when it's closed.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned vacation home, which features a private pool and a Smart TV. There's a private patio. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. Complimentary wireless internet access is available to keep you connected. The bathroom has a jetted bathtub and a hair dryer.
Enjoy recreation amenities such as a fitness center or take in the view from a garden. This vacation home also features barbecue grills and bike parking.

Perfect for our U of R graduation weekend. The entire property was clean and spacious and the communication with the owner was excellent. Our only regret was that the weather wasn’t warm enough for us to want to use the pool!

Our stay with 6 adults as super. The location was perfect for our travels throughout the state to 3 college lacrosse games. When the temperature turned hot the air conditioner was turned on immediately remotely by the host. All questions were answered quickly and she was easy to talk to as well. Thanks for a great stay!

We enjoyed staying at this house. It is very close to everything and the house had lots of amenities for us to just relax and be comfortable within the house. Anna’s place is a great get away. The property has anything you might need - and the outdoor space is divine. It’s perfectly situated so its 10 minutes from anything - Cary St, museums, Botanic Garden! Its also near grocery stores and a coffee shop. Anna was very responsive to questions. I’ll definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed the pool table. The kitchen was very ell equipped for cooking…with pots and pans and utensils…I liked that you had basic things for example, ketchup and mustard…pepper and salt .

Family Time

Our adult children all live in Richmond, this home gave us plenty of space to visit and enjoy our time together. The saltwater pool was a treat on the hot days. Plenty of restaurants nearby, so cooking was minimum. Anna, the property manager, was very responsive to questions and inquiries.

Well equipped and roomy

Our family of 4 adults and 2 small dogs enjoyed our stay over Thanksgiving. My niece lives just 6 minutes away so the property was very convenient. And even though we weren’t there in warm weather to enjoy the pool and outside activities we made great use of the well equipped kitchen and gathered in the living area for family get togethers. Had a great visit.

Great house for a weekend visit!

We were a group of six, and were very comfortable in this house. The dog loved the backyard to run and chase squirrels. It was a good location for celebrating my son's graduation from VCU-close to downtown and his apartment.
