The property was inexpensive, but I wasn't aware that it also houses individual on social service with no place to live. They are actually resident living there due to increase rental prices across the city of Richmond. It was an eye opening experience for me, maybe it was meant for me to see how blessed I am. The place could use some TLC.

I was surprised at the response from the manager when I showed them dirty linens on the bed. They offered another room but could mot guarantee that the linen would be clean because “we do not have control over housekeeping” She then gave me the option to cancel the reservation, which I did. I took pictures!

This place is a dump that is falsely advertising. When I arrived I was told the elevator wasn't working. The ice machine did not work. The clientele was full of riff-raff who were loud throughout the day (tolerable), but began acting a fool (yelling, etc.) at 4:30-6:00am. That's right in the frigging morning. Not even close to being worth the price. Should not be in business.

horrible Property. Was put on the fourth floor was not told the elevator was not working a lot of hotel rooms boarded up workout room had a board over top of it. People sleeping on benches outside. Had one person knock on my door looking for drugs floor was soaked from the air conditioner. You definitely get what you pay for will never go back.

Absolutely disgusting! Did not even stay. Drove up and it looks like an abandoned run down building. The area is horrible. I didn’t even get out of my car. Decided to drive 3 hours home instead of risk staying at this hotel.

It appears they do not do any maintenance. Something breaks, it stays that way. TV did not work, light over desk did not work, other light had no cover, fan in bathroom did not work, window frame paint peeled, bathroom mirror frame damaged, back door broken, chair arm damaged, lobby restrooms out of service, lobby vending machine out-of-service, hallway security door latch broken, outside door security door latch broken, electric wires exposed, roll of carpet just laying on ground outside some of the rooms.

You get what you pay for

This was a last minute booking and I desperately needed a place to stay. This place was in my meager budget and wasn’t too far from my work for the weekend, so I got what I paid for, I suppose. The place was pretty filthy on the inside as it was on the outside. You’ll notice a distinct smell in both the lobby and as well as in your room. There are stains on the walls, sheets, floor, you name it. There was graffiti written in sharpie on multiple surfaces of the room. I rarely let my bare feet touch the ground in my room because the floor felt so dirty. One of the lights in my room constantly flickered and my bed sheets were riddled with cigarette burn holes and reeked of it too despite being in a non smoking room. I had arrived with with 5 luggage’s and was checked into my 3rd floor room. Unfortunately when I had dragged myself all the way to my building, the only elevator was out of order. I had to drag myself and my luggage’s back to the lobby to rectify the situation. Thankfully they were able to put me on the first floor. The ac worked and I had a bed for the weekend. I felt very mildly secure for the cost. On the bright side there are a few choice restaurants in the area. Despite considering booking other accommodations multiple times, it turned out ok. Though I won’t be booking here again.

When I arrived, the lobby smelled like mildew and mold. They had a fan no a/c. When I entered my room, used towels were left in the bathroom. I called the desk and the of Indian descent brought towels. The room was dirty, the shower had cracks in the wall and the outlet in the bathroom was separated from the wall. I saw a mouse trap under the bed too. This hotel needs the health department to visit them asap. The only plus was having a balcony so I could air out the room and spray Lysol and clean the room with Clorox wipes. The elevator doesn’t work either. Extremely Poor conditions. Shameful ownership and management.

The room was in no condition for guests. Clean bedding and towels but that was it...the room smelled like an ashtray, graffiti on bathroom door that was broken and didn't latch or close tight, dirty walls and light switches, holes in the wall, no trash container, cigarette burns all along the edge of the bathroom sink...the absolute worse was the smell, once the smell of the cleansers wore off the strong stale smoke smell kicked in... anyone with asthma or allergies would definitely had a problem. The young girl checking us in was very polite and did her job the best she could so we didn't take it out on her...but the room was definitely not ready for guest. I would never stay again and do not recommend it.

Sorry I booked there 😔

I couldn't determine whether this facility was just particularly renovated or only part of a rundown motel was being used. The clerk was courteous and the room was clean. BUT my non-smoking room smelled of cigarette smoking and the bed cover was full of cigarette burn holes.The a/c unit was very noisy and it took all night to cool the room. I barely slept because of the noise and cigarette smell. The little microwave light was stuck on. I never used it but the light wouldn't turn off with the door closed. Lastly "renter be aware" if the picture doesn't have the name of the hotel on it look elsewhere. I don't like bad reviews but this place was a complete disappointment even for one night 😞.

Where we will never visit again!

First room we were issued wasn’t smoke free and on the reservation it said non smoking room. Both smoke detectors were detached from the wall,remote was missing, balcony door wouldn’t open, and ac blew hot warm air. We sat and waited bout 20 min for the room to cool off but it just got worst. Once we went to the front desk stood and waited a few minutes before desk clerk came out, we were offered a different room. At first she was hesitant said they had limited rooms. The room we were issued next did have multiple cut marks on the chair that was in there and the bed seamed to be missing screws as it shook when getting into it and sounded like it was going to break but the ac worked. There was water damage in the bathroom above the shower and mold was forming. The entire hotel smells like water pipes busted and they hadn’t fixed it. Only thing this place had going for it was it employee was polite.

Not worth the money, even when its cheap.

Brutal honesty. The stay was absolute garbage. Walk into the lobby and get a big whiff of tons of cleaning supplies, to cover up the ocean smell of sewage. Main thing for me is where i lay my head. Just look at the attatched pictures.
