Nice little hotel. What is different is that it’s completely contactless. You must make arrangements with them prior to arrival. Once that is done, everything is very easy. Great location with a lot of nice places to eat locally.

We loved the location of this hotel, it was so convenient to find parking and we strolled out along the river each morning for coffee. It was lovely. Our bedroom was really quiet too.

Our iPhones did not work in the building. We had to open the patio door and stand at the door or sit on the patio which was quite public. We booked for 6 people and had to ask for enough dishes cutlery and chairs. Beautiful location and building

If you’ve ever wanted your hotel stay to feel like a treasure hunt, Steveston Waterfront delivers. Forget a front desk—this place leans into the “mystery escape room” vibe. The entrance isn’t marked well, so pack your best explorer’s hat (Indiana Jones theme music optional). If you’re arriving on foot during a West Coast downpour, you’ll quickly learn the true meaning of “waterfront.” Bring a tarp, umbrella, and maybe a small canoe for good measure—there’s no cozy bag drop to save you. Once inside, our suite had a certain… industrial charm. Think “New York loft meets boiler room.” Exposed pipes everywhere, like the set of a Mario Bros. reboot. The HVAC system provides a constant white noise soundtrack, so if you forget your earplugs, you’ll be lulled to sleep by what I can only describe as a combination of jet engine and waterfall. That said, if you’re the kind of traveler who thrives on puzzles, improvisation, and a little light plumbing ASMR, this hotel will be right up your alley. If not, well… maybe book somewhere with a sign, a front desk, and walls that don’t whisper in HVAC.

This condo/hotel is absolutely wonderful! It's a building in a safe neighbourhood, surrounded by homes, trails by the water and shops. Our apartment was very clean, new, quiet and had everything one may need. The bed was very comfortable too. It was a perfect place and we would stay there again.

The room is clean and the surrounding is quiet with occasional noise from sea gulls. I have a two bedrooms two bedrooms unit. The layout is a bit awkward. The suite door opens into one of the bedrooms and we need to open another door to get into the living/kitchen area. And one of the bedroom does not have any wardrobe/closet. One of the bathroom does not have any shelves. Exposed piping can been seen on the ceiling. It’ll help with adding a false ceiling to cover the piping. In general, I recommend the property if you did not mind those little details. The area is quiet and the sunset view is beautiful. Plenty of eateries within walking distance.

Such a great place to stay! Staff were very responsive when we needed extra things in our suite. Loved how quiet the area is and it's super close to so many restaurants and shops. Stayed here with two toddlers and we had a great time. Will definitely be coming back :)
