I've been waiting to write this review. Parking was the only good part about this place. As soon as we checked in and paid, the front desk told us that we would be on the 3rd floor and that the elevator was broken. We had multiple suitcases and a full cooler. I asked for another room on literally any other floor and he said there were no other rooms. Mind you, the parking lot was empty and we checked in around 330. Insane. So we had to haul our bags up 3 floors. The hotel room was disgusting. The bathroom was moldy. There was a ring around the toilet and there was mold on the curtain above the ac unit. I didnt even want to sit on the bed. There was old rice on the chair to the desk and there wasn't even a latch on the door! It smelled old and musty. I will never stay here again.

The faucet was sooo loose ,you had to hold the faucet to turn it on. Cigarette buts and ash on the floor. Mold , black around the sink. Molding coming off around the room. Pop up for the sink is not connected. Sink will not drain(manual lift from under side) so water will drain out. My experience with this Will go on internet! On check in/ out no one on desk.

The entire hotel is run down. The hotel smelled bad. The sheets on the bed were threadbare. It looked like someone had thrown up on the bathroom wall and they didn’t manage to completely clean it up. The staff were all friendly. That was the only positive. I will never stay there again. It was reasonably priced and I stayed only one night. If I had booked a second night I would not have stayed.

Overall terrible stay. Nobody at front desk when arrived to check in. Had to call a number for somebody to come to desk. Guy rushed through to give me key and didn't tell me anything beside the elevator was not working. Had to walk up to 3rd floor room with bad knee and back. 2. Toilet continues to flush unless giggle handle. 3. Could not get shower to not be scadling hot water so couldn't take showers. 4. Bathroom door handle comes off. 5. Room not cleaned at all. No clean towels provided. 6. Morning of check out...8am to checkout...nobody at desk to check out. Said to call for assistance.

I want to start by saying that we have stayed at this hotel a number of times in the last few months. We come with our dog. This most recent trip, they claimed that we let our dog poop all over the room and we left it. None of which is true. In the 10 times we’ve stayed here, the dog has never gone to the bathroom in the room. We went to check in today and they had canceled our reservation because of the dog poop. And told us we couldn’t come back. The maids here will lie or make up things about each guest. And there’s no telling if they try and lie to get you to pay for something that’s already messed up in this hotel. STAY AT YOUR OWN RISK. Especially if you travel with pets.
