Very unsafe, back and side doors are open all night long. Dirty carpet, smells hard chemicals everywhere , underwear was left inside the drawer. Visible mouse trap. I would not recommend this hotel.

The whole hotel smelled like mold. The front desk man Ali was super nice but every room he showed us smelled absolutely terrible. We did not stay more than 20 minutes and went to a different hotel down the street.

Very disappointing and because the reservation was unrefundable, i suffeted through. First room i went in a room that was unacceptable because of the noise. Second one had heavy musty and mold smell, mold around tub area (took photos) carpet spits wrippened off, stained sofa and window screen out of shape as if someone tried to break in in this ground floor unit. A/c also was smelli g out. Couldn't afford to loose my money if i went to another hotel so i made the bedt of it. Told the clerk.on my way out.

It was ok

When I arrived, there was no one at the front desk earlier that day the manager called to see if I was still coming or else he was going to cancel my reservation because he stated that the night before there was many reservations and no one canceled, but there was a lot of rooms that people didn’t show up to that had nothing to do with me. I will call the manager and he told me that check-in would be 30 minutes which I couldn’t understand if there were rooms that wasn’t occupied then I should’ve been able to check in right away. The elevator was broke and it seemed that he was purposely putting people on the third and second floor. I chose the second floor because I couldn’t walk up a lot of steps. Once in the room, you need air freshener because it smelled mildewy. The bathroom was clean in the bed was comfortable.

The hotel is very convenient but also somewhat noisy due to its proximity to I95. It's well maintained, and the breakfast is better than many comparable hotels. I was frustrated that we were charged a higher pet fee than quoted in a welcoming email message which stated: Pets Allowed, for 15.00 USD Per Night, Per Pet. 50 lbs Max, 3 Pets Per Room. (We were charged $25. for a 20 lb dog, rather than $15.)

Unfortunately there were more cons than pros. It sits right beside 95 so lots of car nose, water pressure is bad, carpet and area didn’t look vacuumed or dusted, room smelled moldy, elevator not working and we were on the 2nd floor. I won’t be staying at this hotel again. The only convience was it was near Kings Dominion, breakfast was decent and breakfast area was clean.
