The spa is the best part feature of this resort. The room was clean and quiet. My only complaints are (1) The heat didn’t work on my first night there and (2) They didn’t replenish the gym towels as I requested.

Not real clear where to park and check in. It was a challange to discover where the lobby was and where to park. Check in reception did not supply directories or offer much help how to find open restaurants within the casino. Three different casinos/hotels are connected so you are on your own discovering whats where and on what level. The electronic directories were no help at all.

Lobby smells strongly of smoke and mildew, and check-in lines are slow. Kiosks work well and the rooms are quiet, comfortable, with great showers. Mountain view was decent, but overpriced bottled water and a depressing lobby drag down the experience.

For a very busy weekend, anticipated people coming in for the Santa crawl, you would think that this place would have all five elevators running. From Thursday through Sunday one to two elevators only and upon needing to check out how to climb stairs, two floors in order to access an elevator because an elevator would not stop to go down on our floor. During checkout express this to the staff, and rather than apologize for the situation the comment was well all the times that I’ve stayed here. We’ve never had this problem. That’s the last thing I ever wanna hear. I am more likely than not, will not be staying again.
