We selected the Aspen Tower this stay. We’ve only stayed in the Birch. Room 1696 was great- we had no idea those 1-king rooms had a mini kitchen! And still on the even side with a view of The Row. We will always stay in the Aspen now. Only issue was Sat/Sun was supposed to be no construction however as we laid out by the pool, there was definitely construction noise happening Saturday afternoon (not cool). Hot tub was like warm & pool still freezing- but weather was so awesome in mid 80s!

Good choice

I have stayed at J Resort numerous times. The hotel is exceptionally clean. I enjoyed all interactions with the staff, especially the waitstaff at Hannah’s Table, the reception desk, bellmen and housekeeping. All go beyond what would normally be expected. An excellent choice when staying in Reno.

Clean and newly renovated rooms. Stayed on 16th floor so did not get the housekeeping. However, the staff already I formed me and asked to call the housekeeping if needed. Walkable, and parking seems safe. Reno arch is at a walking distance and so are the other casinos. Will stay again if I am in the area.
