Location was excellent in downtown Reno. Walkable to all the other casinos and attractions. Staff was friendly and the room was very spacious. The only thing we didn't like was that there was no microwave in the hotel room. Other than that, we had an excellent stay!

We've been to Reno a few times now and the J Resort is a very clean updated Hotel and Casino. The rooms were very nice and clean. Next time we go to Reno we will definitely stay there again.

Check-in staff was great, the hotel is newly remodeled and looking good. The cleaning staff should really keep up with better cleaning of the rooms in order to make that remodeling $ stretch. Loved how the parking structure had elevators linked to my room tower! The pool area and surrounding was under construction adding in some other fun amenities so the hotel will be even better in the future.
