Im so sorry that I booked a hotel room at this Hotel to sleep one night while visiting my Brother at a near by Hospital, unfortunately we arrived late to Check in and we were already tired, when we received our keys the guest was complainig and yawning thats it was olmost time for her to go Home. Any ways.when we got to our room we found dirty socks layng around on the floor ,candy wrapers everywhere on the floor and the toilet seat stained with like what looked like orange drink stains on it, one used rool of toilet paper and a smear of poop on the sink couter edge ,it was gross. By now we just want to go to bed tired of driving from California and been at the hospital so we didn want to go back to the desk and make a complaint, so now I just hope to get my security deposit back. And hope that someone inspect this rooms before they are cleared as ready to be occupied. Good luck to J Resort but I will think about it twice next time before booking a room here again. Thank you.

The balcony was lovely, except a dirty sock and cigarette butts on the ground. The room was clean, except the phone was covered in dust. We had no hot water and I tried to call the front desk, which is why I picked up the phone. It was absolute filth. Shane in J Paul's Steakhouse is wonderful, we will go back just to see him.

The rooms are awesome, updated and clean. The showerhead could be improved. The overall facility is ok, smell of cigarette permeates and the amenities are a bit dated. Staff was overall nice.
