The staff and check in was great . The only problem is I paid for a 2 queen bed room and didn’t get it . Was told that when I booked it they had already ran out of rooms but I told them I paid for it already and confirmed the booking . I was then told they didn’t have any rooms available at all. Luckily it’s only one night but that doesn’t matter . It’s the principle of it.

It is a nice hotel, close to the airport and very convenient to drive to Lake Tahoe area for snow activities. The breakfast is also good. What I don’t like is that they changed the policy this year, breakfast is not included any more ($8 per person) and you will also need to pay parking fee ($11.5 per night). Though it is not big money but adding them up, you may pay $40+ extra per night for the whole family. I did not notice this change at the booking. Next time, I may look for something similar with at least breakfast included.
