You will be able to walk to midtown within minutes if you choose. 5 or so minutes to any Hospital, Airport, and freeway entrances. This property does have an exterior security camera located on the back wall in the stairwell that does not invade any privacy of guests.

First of all I want to point out the positive attributes. The place is clean and well maintained. It is decorated very nicely and lots of natural light which I love. The bathroom has a beautiful tiled walk in shower with very good water pressure. Our first night the lady next door has 2 dogs and the little barked till 1230 am. I assume she came home from work and after that the neighborhood was super quiet. Now my only complaint is the OVERWHELMING smell of the carpet refresher I assume used by housekeeping. I am usually not bothered b scents but this was over the top. I got a headache, a cough, had to use a bandanna to cover my nose and mouth. I really feel it was the rugs because even after opening all the windows to air out the place, once we walked on the rugs it was back very strong.The one thing we really enjoyed was Cosmo’s right next door. Best pizza hands down and the meatballs were amazing. I would gladly stay here again if the smelly issue is addressed.

The location was great and close to where we wanted to be. The house was cute and updated, the bedroom however has 2 windows above the bed that don’t have curtains or blinds so sleeping in was a no go. Went to check in at 4:30 and it was still being cleaned. Once we got in went to take a nap before heading out for the evening and the sheets were damp and not dry all the way which was super frustrating.

The place was clean, the bed was fine, all things worked. But it is obviously built for taller people. My gf is 5'1" and could not see her face in the bathroom mirror without standing on her tip toes. There also needs to be another mirror somewhere (no full length mirror, which she did not like). The bedroom is quite bright in the morning, almost too bright. There are openings that have no shades, so light streamed in at 6AM. Finally, there's a lack of flat top spaces to put things. No luggage stands, nowhere really to put luggage on top of, and no dresser drawers. Your luggage is open on the floor. Parking is limited, so it's basically street parking. But the unit (which is basically an apartment) is close to Midtown, so the location is good. Though I would watch out walking late at night off Virginia.

Excellent Rental

This property is really nice and cute. It was clean, updated and the perfect size for me and my daughter. Cute living room with 2 couches, full kitchen and a big king bed in the bedroom. Had an issue with the door code but host was available on the first call to help and resolve the issue.

Great space

Great little one bedroom apartment with full kitchen and washer and dryer made my life so much easier being able to stay a week for convention and not have to go home with a bunch of dirty clothes easy location to walk to a Hispanic grocery store also couple nice little restaurants close by within walking distance less than a 15 minute drive to the Peppermill Casino so it was perfect

R and R much needed

We enjoyed the apartment very much. The only difficulty was unable to lock/unlock the front door. The property manager did not answer messages or phone calls. Hopefully the manager is well. A neighbor helped us get access.The neighbor did not identify themselves. We are grateful for their help.
