I’d never asked to change a room because of noise in my life until this stay. The footsteps above was unbearable. Front desk staff accommodated me but took 3 trips back to right the key. Very convenient with the complimentary shuttle to the airport, but facility is quite dated. Will stay elsewhere next time.

The room was fine, the staff was incredibly nice, even Oscar who had to help us get back into our room. Room service skipped cleaning our room completely on one day so we were out of towels, cups, coffee, and our trash cans were overflowing. We left the hotel early that morning and were gone until 8pm so there was no reason it shouldn't have been cleaned.
