It is a whole workout to get from the front desk to the room. Had to walk all through the casino, and upstairs with luggage. Loud, crowded hallways. The room was ok, nothing fancy but comfortable enough and clean enough.

Check in was ok, the staff member was fun, friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that I requested a room on the main tower. The request was met with a $15 upgrade charge. Serious? The place was not that busy to justify that, nor does the Casino have the same energy and services it used to have. The room was clean, although they have updated the rooms it is an older property and still shows dispite the up renovations. Beds were comfy, room after upgrade charge we requested a room away from others to not have noisy neighbors. Its an ok place to stay, mainly for families, although it has a casino they took out all the live table games. This used to be one of our favorite places to stay and play, but not anymore. Its not a bad place, just better options out there.

I was traveling with my mother who has mobility issues. We encountered such a long walk to check in, then an incredibly long walk to our room with stairs on either side. We felt lost the entire time and so much walking for my mom.

We loved it. Previously we stayed in Reno a year ago and it was an awful experience. We said never again we'd stayed in Reno. We gave it one more try and chose Circus. It changed the feeling about stay on Reno and made the stay pleasing.

Was given the wrong room at check in. Admittedly it was very easy to get changed. The resort fee is pretty laughable. What’s it for? The gym is literally falling apart, there is no pool, there is no spa at circus circus that I am aware of. Fairly certain there is no room service. What are these extra fees for? It’s certainly not for facility upgrades.
