My room was clean. I did find black and red hairs on the toilet and red hair in the sink. The bed was comfortable. My microwave button to open up the door didnt work and the plate didnt spin. The staff was very welcoming and nice. The breakfast was ok the first and last morning I was there. Sunday morning was a little bit better with the added bacon with the eggs. I loved the waffle maker. More variety of fruit is needed. Flavored coffee creamers would be a good add. Over all I enjoyed my stay. I might be a returning guest.

Good overall experience. My room (115) had a kinda loud hum from a machine that made it kinda jarring to be in (I would’ve preferred it be a little more quiet.) Otherwise, it was a good time.

I checking on 12/31/2025 to check out 01/02/2026, I spoke with Lisa when I arrive and request to do late check out on the 2 she said no problem and she put the notes on the computer but on the 2 obviously a man keep coming to my room asking for the towels because he has to do laundry, I told him I will be out at noon unfortunately he didn’t understand that and come 3 times before noon with the same excuse. Me and my family was really disappointed on this service.

Upon arriving at the hotel the staff at the front desk were incredibly friendly. This is my second time staying at a SureStay Plus by Best Western hotel and I have only had great experiences. Unfortunately I waited to book my stay until the last minute before my trip, so I ended up with a larger room than was necessary for just myself, but I was still really satisfied with the room. Everything was clean, the wi-fi worked great, and the free on-site parking was convenient. The breakfast was alright, but it was free so how much can you really ask for. The location of the hotel is conveniently right off of the expressway and near a lot of stores and restaurants. If you are looking to go antiquing in Adamstown (as was I), this location is only a 15ish minute drive away. Overall, I had a great stay at this SureStay Plus.
