Great hotel, next to a lot of restaurants and bars. Definitely try the rooftop bar. The staff is a bit standoffish, don't let them deter your experience.

A wonderful stay as always! Was greeted warmly by the front desk staff, a nice clean and quiet room and kind staff in the Vertex whom we enjoyed conversation with while having our drinks. Great location, easy to get to the airport for an early morning flight.

The hotel was as expected. Friendly staff, clean. Standard room was small, but I knew that from staying here years ago before it was renovated. Parking description was not clear that there is no self parking. Valet only. I paid $22 at the time of booking for breakfast, only to learn there are no restaurants in the hotel. I was given a voucher to take to Starbucks down the street. On the Expedia website, food availability is described as 2 restaurants and a lounge. Those no longer exist. This was an inconvenience on a bitter cold and windy night after a 6 hr. drive, the last in blowing snow. It would be good for future lodgers if this outdated information is corrected.

Booked last minute while traveling through and needed a quick overnight stay. Upon entering, the lobby was very inviting with beautiful Christmas decorations and a warm fireplace—especially appreciated given how cold it was outside. We visited the on-site Irish pub to watch Sunday night football and were greeted by friendly staff. It was also great that both the hotel and pub are dog-friendly, allowing us to bring our pup along. The beds were comfortable, and the room was clean. We would definitely stay here again.
