Comfortable room

We enjoyed our stay. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were nice. The location was great, close to downtown. It was located in a quiet area. The bathrooms were not ideal, the bathroom sink was not in with the toilet and shower. It was outside of the bathroom. But other than that I’d recommend this hotel and would stay again.

This is a really nice hotel. It's convenient and easy to get in and out of. The only setback was the internet. It was sporadic and I had to connect my phone over and over. Even the streaming option on the TV went out sometimes. Hotel staff are aware and said they are working with the vendor to resolve. Other than that, it was great!

This property seems to be lacking maintenance. It is close to being a great place to stay, but it has problems everywhere. The laundry rooms are conveniently located, but the clothes drier lint traps were clogged for both driers. Even after I cleaned all of them, drying performance was terrible, as though airflow was very low. We used both driers, with the same result. We only used the washing machine on level 4, but it left the clothes soaking, dripping wet. Our ironing board pad was very worn out, and one bed lamp only worked for a couple of minutes. The breakfast area doesn't have enough tables and chairs. The front desk staff were helpful, but they only know very limited English. It was overall a disappointing stay. It was overall a very

We were pleased with everything about this property. The beds and linens were comfortable and it was extremely quiet. Too frequently doors are loud and these were not. It was easy to sleep and relax! Continental breakfast was reasonable and the breakfast staff was very friendly and did a great job. A few minutes from downtown for shopping and dining. We have already booked another stay when we return to the area in a couple of months!

Probably a good place normally. I brought my 3 grandchildren and the water was off for 6 hours which meant we couldn’t flush or use the bathroom or shower, the pool was closed and we couldn’t use the laundry room. It was a difficult day when we had three little girls wanting to be in pool. The first day was fine but all day the second, was difficult.

Check in was a bit of a hassle, apparently the guy checking me in had computer issues and it took way longer than it should have. Room was clean and nice. We were on the second floor but apparently on the back side its on the first floor which was nice. Hotel really wasn't close to anything besides the interstate. Never got a chance to use the pool or hot tub.
