Filthy rooms. We found tobacco pouches on the floor, hair and dirt on the bathtubs and surfaces, horrible check in experience with multiple errors and argumentative staff. The breakfast service was great though with a friendly and fast server

Terrible Experience with Soiled Mattresses

We ended up leaving this hotel due to the condition of the mattresses. We tried three different rooms and each were horrible. It literally looked like the mattresses had been soaked in urine and blood. Shocking from this hotel brand. I am still waiting on a full refund. They should be embarrassed to even offer these rooms.

Room was spacious and beds were comfortable. Amenities were basic. Left before breakfast time because we were heading to Mount Baldy hike. Overall good hotel for the price and will recommend to other travelers.

I didn’t like that I had to change rooms because there was hair all on the bathroom floor. I also didn’t like it that I had one breakfast included and they said it was T in their system then I had to go back to the fourthflour and get my confirmation to prove it. The worker Koru was rude and a smarty Pa T-shirt. I will NEVER go back there. It’s over rated!

We were greeted by a kind gentleman at check in. Check in was very quick and easy. Our room was a king sized bed for just a one night stay. The room was very clean as well as the restroom. The bedroom offers lots of storage if needed and also includes a mini fridge. The bathroom was stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Breakfast was not included but not a big deal. The hotel is in the center of multiple shopping centers. We will definitely stay here again when in the area.
