The card reader closest to the room was damaged and after parking nearby, I wasn't able to enter. I had to park near the front. The thermostat was not secured to the wall. Generally speaking, it wasn't a bad stay.

Our room was extremely hot when we arrived. It was in the upper 70s because they forgot to turn the air on. We requested a crib and they couldn’t locate it for the longest time. It seemed very unorganized and mismanaged. I will say the staff member working breakfast was so kind and attentive. I wish I could give her 6 stars!!

We came here before as always Alexis took good care of us! Not sure about other st a ff, they seem to be bored or just havibg fun on their phone. Anyway, we came back and we were so hapoy that Alexis was their to greet us again and she kept apologizing for ladt time but she did t had too.
