We traveled from Pennsylvania to visit our son in NC. We arrived at the hotel at 2:40 pm and tried to check in early. The front desk clerk advised check-in was 4pm and soul it allow us to check in until it was exactly 4pm. There were other guests that checked in before 4 but she explained that due to our room type we could not! Our room was a standard King size bed! When we finally got to checkin the room was a handicap room and there was a bottle cap on the floor near the bed. We had stayed at this hotel several times in the past and not had a problem but this time we were disappointed
