Upon checking in the elevators were not working and got room on 4th floor. With recent surgery going up and down was difficult. Also my key didn’t work so ended up making two addition trips up and down. And the first night the room next door were noisy and I couldn’t sleep. Changed my room the next day and the elevator worked but I didn’t like the breakfast options also the hotel looked pretty worn down

Great overnight stay!

The check in process was smooth, the room was very clean and comfortable. Outstanding location with many shops and restaurants within walking distance. Definitely will stay at this location again.

Parking area was safe and nice. Hotel is outdated ASF. Bugs were eating me Alive during the night and I found a few hairs on my pillow after arriving. Could do better for sure.

It was ok. But the hallways were CREEPY. The dim lighting and flickering light made it feel so dingy and uncomfortable. It’s definitely not the place to hang around and only a place to sleep with the door boarded up. The bed was nicely folded but it wasn’t properly washed because there was HAIR in it. Breakfast was decent basic stuff so im not complaining on that.

We were staying on the 4th floor and when we went to get ice after check-in, the ice machine on the 4th floor wasn't working. The third floor ice machine didn't work either. Thankfully we were able to find ice on the 2nd floor. It would have been helpful if they had told us at check in
