Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

NO SMOKING of any kind (electronic included) in the home. No open fire/flames: candles, incense, lighters. Any signs of smoking result in a $500 fee.
Quiet Hours are from 11:00PM to 7:00AM, to maintain respect for our neighbors as well as guests.
Please do not use body or hand towels for make-up removal; black make-up removing (reusable) washcloths are provided.

We had a great time staying at this property. Walking distance to Carter Finley and Lenovo Center. Great sports related decor. The air hockey table was so much fun. We loved the large screen for streaming tv. It was very clean and had everything we needed.
