The hotel is in very good conditions, the room very clean, the restroom also very clean. Overall the whole hotel is very clean. The staff provide excellent customer service and amenities in excellent condition. The only thing the buffett is not good, not many or different options of food and in taste not really good beans and chilaquiles can be better. Fruit, coffee, and juices really good.

Excelente atención y servicio. Desde la llegada, el personal muy amable y dispuesto a ayudarnos con el check inn. Está muy bien ubicado y con buenos servicios. La habitación estaba limpia, ordenada, cómoda, con refrigerador y microondas. El estacionamiento está práctico y con varios lugares disponibles. Los locales que están en ese centro comercial, te dan opciones de comida, súper, café, banco.

Buena ubicación, muhco ruido, las paredes son delgada sy se escucha cada que alguien pide el elevador y todo lo que ocurre en las habitaciones fe los lados y el pasillo. La limpieza no es tan buena, nunca me cambiaron las toallas mojadas y las almohadas son muy planas.

Everything was great. Only thing that's a bit strange is the elevator arrangement - you have to take 2 elevators every time up or down, which was a small hassle but just how they built this hotel for some reason. Also it is not in Centro Historico, despite the name. It's out by the highway - you can't walk into the historic center easily. There are lots of buses and taxis available but anyone booking should know in advance that it's a 30 minute walk to the center.
