Hotel muy viejo condiciones deplorables del lugar y habitación Urge remodelen este lugar Su desayuno que dan peor que el de cualquier hospital público no puedo entender esto de una cadena de muchos años y que está ubicación en específico sea tan fea y tan descuidada en todo, servicio, ambiente del lugar, tv chiquitas mejor no pongan nada, camas horribles, de verdad me deprimió ver este hotel de esta marca así ojalá mi comentario sirva para que hagan algo al respecto. Christmas in Queretaro

We enjoyed our stay in the hotel, it is quite a nice and beautiful place to stay. The zone is not the most attractive possible as it seemed to be more of a industrial/commercial area. However, it was christmas day which led to more places being closed. The hotel is also relatively close to the nice City center, which is a definite plus!

No me gustó que reserve 2 adultos 1 niño y no me respetaron el desayuno del menor, de igual forma, solo habían dos toallas en el baño, posiblemente la pedía y me la llevaban, pero cuando vas x una noche pues esperas tener todo listo y no estar llamando para k lleven cosas a la habitación.

Horrible, tienen plaga de Chinches en las camas y almohadas, si Chinches!!!!!, salimos huyendo a la 1:00 am. no nos quedamos!!!! Pésima atención del Personal de Recepción del turno de la mañana, sin actitud de servicio, nunca pudimos hablar con el gerente para resolver el problema. La señorita recepcionista del turno de la noche fúe la única preocupara por el problema, pero lamentablemente sin facultad para resolverlo.

Realmente decepcionante que esa Cadena de Hoteles puedan tener ese servicio, realmente el lugar esta viejo nadie te orienta, camas viejas mucho polvo nos generaron alergias , baño con cortinas cortas se sale el agua Um Tema que asustas es la privacidad cortinas trasparentes y co dirección al espejo todo se ve ! Tiene un despachándor de agua la cual litera sabía á la de la llave , estacionamiento pésimo nos mandaron a estacionarnos a un terreno baldío todo obscuro en la madrugada y nadie te guía , el desayuno No lo hicieron válido porque era hasta las 10 y no había flexibilidad realmente decepcionante y muy caro ... además es fecha que No recibo mi factura ! No se Hospeden

La habitación k nos asignaron #256....la vdad nuestro descanso fue terrible, los colchones, las almohadas...la base de la cama se sumía y las tablas de respaldo de ambos colchones rechinaban como apuntó de quebrarse...la vdad k fue una experiencia horrible...realmente no se descansó y lo peor el desayuno....no vuelvo a hospedarme ahí...tienen k ser más exigentes en este tipo de hoteles
