Third stay still a great deal.

This was our third stay at this hotel and again no real complaints our room was not accessible but we didn’t think to ask before hand. The mall is two blocks away and very easy access to the scenic drive to Old Quebec and also the business route which can get very busy on a week day. Breakfast was good every morning and a great bonus where we would have spent $100 a day just for breakfast for 4. Clean fresh towels everyday. Overall a great stay.

Clean rooms, great staff. Located centrally but with the construction it is hard to get around. You have to carry Your luggage down a flight of stairs. This is on every floor. Only very few rooms are located before the stairs. This made getting around difficult, and no one to help with luggage. Complimentary breakfast is nice, however, unless you have the toast or cereal and yogurt, It’s all over cooked, and rubbery.

I stay here for 2 days and come to Quebec for first time. Receptionists at front desk was so helpful and kind. She guided us for places to visit near by and best restaurants to eat local food. Room service is so good and room has all amenities that we need. Breakfast was included and was not that bad just we were looking some fresh fruit in menu. Everything is close to hotel and old Quebec is very close. Overall our stay was more wonderful than what we expected. So happy with our stay.😊

Everything's good. Property is nice and clean. Lobby, gym, pool. We love the breakfast and the restaurant No complain at all at the staffs, everybody is so nice and friendly. It's just the room, we found it small even washroom and also we need to take stairs but like 4 steps only to get into our room, so we have to carry our stuffs.

I think this was overpriced for my stay. This is quite far from the old town and even though there is public transport the timings and frequency of buses is not great. There is construction happening right outside the hotel so its not peaceful during the day. Facilities are good though, swimming pool, gym are nice. Breakfast was good. This seems to have been remodelled but property as such looked little dated.

Overall good property. Room service was good. However the breakfast service can be better organized. I saw the breakfast staff enjoying their own breakfast in a group during the breakfast hours when they should be taking care of the customers during the hours. We stayed 4 bites and this was a problem all days.

We stayed for two nights and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. Check-in was poorly handled. we were told no clean rooms were available and asked to wait. While we were sitting right in front of the reception, staff began checking in other guests, and when we followed up, we were told they had forgotten we were waiting. On our second day, we were woken up by a mistaken 5 a.m. wake-up call, which left us starting our last day of vacation tired and with headaches. We reported this issue, and while we were told someone would follow up with us regarding compensation, we never heard back. Overall, the lack of attention to guests and poor communication left us quite disappointed.
