Excellent communication and easy check-in despite our late arrival. We were provided the security number for the door and for our room by Email. Comfortable bed and large shower. One set of steps to climb, but not onerous. Located very close to the railway station, old Quebec City and Hotel Dieu Hospital. My husband accessed the basement common area to make coffee and watch TV. I did not request, but would have appreciated an extra blanket for the bed and a suitcase rack on which to store my open suitcase. There was a lounge at the end of the bed, but I hated to put things on it given that it was an antique. Would definitely stay here again given its proximity to restaurants, stores, and historic sites. Really enjoyed it.
