It is a well maintained property and all the staff were great! Nice, helpful at the at time doing multiple things. The hotel itself is very lovely with art deco touches. And the terrace was fantastic, to enjoy morning coffee or afternoon rest after a full day of walking. Location is great!

great quiet street not far from all the action in 3 different directions. Great parking closeby reserved .Comfortable beds. Breakfast was good but repetitive. note if you are counting the stairs to your room, the first floor is 15 stairs above the checkin area, second floor is double.

Beautiful small boutique hotel no more than a 10-15 minute walk from everything. Must be comfortable with stairs as, being a historic building, there are no elevators. All staff were excellent and very helpful. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. Breakfast is European style. I prefer American-style but it was tasty with the best croissants! Highly recommend.

We booked 2 “Deluxe Rooms” but when we arrived at the hotel we were given rooms that were pretty basic. We talked to another couple who stayed there the same dates in a same “Deluxe room” and theirs was not only bigger, but in better condition with some nice accents that a deluxe room suppose to have.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It is a very nice hotel with exceptional staff. Sue and Nancy and several others whose name we did not catch always greeted us with a smile and were always helpful. This place is less than half the cost of the Frontenac and just a gem. There is no elevator, but they tell you that and you can choose rooms on lower levels. We chose third floor and were very happy with our room. It is a good location because you can walk to almost all of the attractions you will want to see. Try it. You will like it

Lovely little hotel in a great spot close to everything with friendly and helpful staff and a cozy old-world atmosphere. Loved the breakfast buffet with freshly baked pastries and that we could walk to all the great places around old Québec City.

The property was very pretty. Very crowded at check in as they only had one person at the reception with many customers. The poor girl was so kind she helped carry our heavy luggage up the 3 flights of stairs. Unfortunately they did not clean the room during our 5 day, 4 night stay despite our request. The breakfast was good but very basic as they did not have cooking facilities on site. Very good coffee and croissants were served. The hotel smelled beautiful when you walked in. Many homeless people around the entrance which is always sad.
