Séjour d’une journée dans le Vieux-Québec. La localisation de l’auberge est parfaite. Petite chambre simple et propre. Les consignes du self check-in sont faciles à comprendre. Seul hic; l’adresse du stationnement proposée semble erronée. Toutefois, nous avons été chanceux de trouver un des rares stationnement gratuit dans les rues environnantes.

The room was in excellent condition but check-in was a stressful ordeal since the information wasn't forwarded from hotels.com to me how to check in. The Auberge reservation contact said they never received my email or phone #. That feels like the responsibility of Hotels.com. In the future I think I will avoid booking with any self check in that doesn't have a LOCAL contact to help with various matters. We didn't feel like we had someone to guide us in parking when we arrived and our car was towed due to not understanding the snow removal policy. We didn't like the feeling of having ZERO local support.

It was more like air BNB not a hotel. If you like old, then is fine. If i knew about the condition of the space I would have chosen a real hotel. No parking provided. You have to go to the public spaces and park which is ok. Not far. Overall, the quality is overridden by the beauty of Quebec city.

Room was clean until we dropped stuff behind the drawers and under the bed. Just needs to do a quick sweep but other than that spotless. Location is great though very close to the places we wanted to see. 30mins from airport

The room was very nice and clean. Yes you hear a little noise when people are walking around or up and down the stair, but it’s the charm of the old place. Very clean room. Check in went fine even though there’s no one there ☺️

We got the wrong room number and wrong code. I had to call the emergency number and they had troubles finding where I had to go and what the correct password was.

Close to everything this venu is exactly what we needed for a good night sleep. Very quiet and beds are comfortable. The room was clean and all essential were available. We will be back!

Excellent location, nice accommodations. Totally automated is convenient until your phone dies and all the numbers to access the hotel and your room are stored there. No one around to offer a personal touch. Luckily I remembered the pattern and was able to access the room, phew!
