Absolut unzumutbar schlechter Gesamtzustand.Die Bilder täuschen.Es ist kein Häuschen sondern eine Wohnung, die in so miserablem Zustand ist, dass man sich nicht erholen kann!Schlafzimmertüre lässt sich nicht schließen, alle Türen und Fenster sind ca. 50 Jahre alt. Schimmel im Wohnbereich! u.s.w.Nicht vermietbar!75 Stufen bergauf, Pool weit weg und mittags geschlossen, keine Übergabe, nur WhatsApp,Standort kaum zu finden, kein WLan, kein TV, nicht mal eine Toilettenbürste, keine Ablage im Bad etc., etc.
